From Idea to Creation: Elite Mobile Pros Created to Help.

Elite Mobile Pros came about when its founder, Rodney Fife, was thinking about how he could create income for his family while being a caregiver for his wife. He needed a source of income that was not only steady but could be flexible with his wife's needs. Then he saw a video about being a mobile notary. The lightbulb moment he had happened as he was watching the video. A few weeks after Rodney received his commission from the State of Nevada, he began serving customers. Elite Mobile Pros began to grow.

Lessons learned in the first year.

In our first year at Elite Mobile Pros, we learned how to become cash flow positive from day one. Rodney needed the resources to keep pouring money into an investment without seeing an immediate return. This led to a consensus decision to pursue notary general work instead of loan signings.

Elite Mobile Pros found its niche in the market by pursuing general notary work instead of loan signings. The difference between general notary work and loan signings is that general notary pays immediately. In contrast, loan signings tend to pay out 60 to 90 days out.

We also learned the need to work with community members to find customers. We reached out to assisted living facilities and hospitals to offer our help. By doing this, we had a steady source of referrals to begin helping clients.

Elite Mobile Pros Started With Service In Mind.

We began everything we did with how to provide service to our clients and the community at large. We wanted to live up to the self-given title of being the preferred mobile notary in the area. Our focus has been to provide excellent notary services, intending to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

We offer appointment scheduling and mobile notary service that comes to your door or location, and we also provide 24/7 emergency service for those times when you need help in a rush.

We strive to ensure that all documents are handled securely and professionally to ensure total customer satisfaction, and we have built relationships with insurance companies, banks, attorneys, and many others. We are committed to providing our clients with quality customer service and strive to exceed their expectations. We are here for all of your notary needs!

In February of 2023, we Expanded to Utah.

When we just became established as a flourishing business. Rodney and his wife had to move to Utah. The move was both challenging and a blessing. We could continue the success we found in Las Vegas and expand the model to Utah.

Rodney and his wife had to learn the new culture of Utah and adjust their business operations accordingly. Success was found in marketing and expanding their customer base. They also implemented a few new services catering to the Utah market.

In addition, they developed relationships with existing local businesses, which helped them gain more exposure in the area. They worked hard to build trust and credibility in the community.

The move to Utah has been a success for us, as we have seen increased sales and revenue since relocating there. We are excited to see what the future holds for us as we grow our business and reach new customers!

We Also Expanded Our Services

Locations were just one thing we expanded. We created multiple services, including our Child Identification Kits and Family Fingerprinting. We also offer I-9 services and Field Inspections.

We are incredibly proud of our Family Fingerprinting. This service lets us bring our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced technicians directly to you! We can go to your home, office, or other location to perform the fingerprinting quickly and efficiently.

Looking to the Future.

Our team is looking forward to the future. We plan to continue to provide primer service. We will take a look at expanding our team. We may look at expanding to other communities as the opportunities present themselves.

We are also looking into ways to innovate our service. This may include leveraging new technologies and exploring ways to engage with our clients more effectively. As we continue to expand our business, we will keep the customer experience at the forefront of all our decisions.
